Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our growing marketing team at FinCity. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for crafting compelling and concise copy that resonates with our target audience. As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in developing content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Responsibilities:
• Write clear, concise, and strategical copy that aligns with our clients’ brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Strong experience in strategic ideation and execution for business growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and create content strategies that drive engagement and generate leads.
• Research and understand market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices to inform your writing and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• To ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, grammar rules, and stylistic standards.
• Work closely with design and video team members to integrate copy seamlessly into visual assets and multimedia presentations.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in real estate marketing and content creation to continuously enhance our communication strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a copywriter, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas and concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources to support your writing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
