Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer & Content Writer to develop engaging content for both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels/Shorts) platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, audience engagement, and content structuring to drive higher retention and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Research trending topics and generate content ideas
Write engaging YouTube scripts (hook, intro, body, transitions, CTA)
Create short-form content scripts for Reels and Shorts
Develop compelling hooks to capture attention instantly
Write captions, content copies, and call-to-action lines
Ensure content aligns with target audience and platform trends
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
Optimize content for engagement, watch time, and reach
Key Skillsets (Must-Have):
Strong Writing & Storytelling: Ability to present ideas clearly and engagingly
Audience Psychology Understanding: Know how to hook and retain viewers
Content Structuring: Skilled in organizing content for maximum impact
Platform Knowledge: Understanding of YouTube, Instagram & short-form strategies
Creativity & Ideation: Ability to generate fresh, trend-driven content ideas
Engagement Optimization: Knowledge of improving watch time and CTR
Adaptability in Tone: Can switch between educational, entertaining, and emotional content
Additional Skills:
Good communication and collaboration skills
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Basic understanding of digital content trends and algorithms
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
