Whizz HR is hiring Copywriter for an award winning digital media agency at bangalore
Responsibilities
1 Working closely with the Marketing and Strategy teams to develop concepts for campaigns
2. Translating ideas to the creative team consisting of designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters (in-house and outsourced)
3. Leading multiple marketing campaigns and branding communication from conception to completion
4. Hiring, developing, and managing the creative team
5. Ensuring all output is consistent across the brand (digital marketing, social media marketing, website, packaging, print advertising)
6. Overseeing photo and video shoots
Additional Responsibilities
Being a part of the Leadership Team and supporting the functional heads, the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors in effective decision making linked to our people.
Competencies and fiAbilities
• Creativity: Must be good at creating concepts for others to work on. They must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.
● Communication & Presentation: Must have excellent communication(written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to directors and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.
● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Need to have a clear creative vision while remaining open to others’ ideas.
● Leadership: Need leadership skills in order to hire, develop and oversee the creative team.
● Digital & Graphic Design Skills: Extensive knowledge of graphic design and relevant software. Familiarity with copywriting, film-making, and video editing techniques.

Education and Experience
● A graduate/ post-graduate degree in graphic design, fine arts,visual communication, typography or a related subject
