We are an e-commerce fashion company based out of Mumbai. We are targeting the US markets with operations in India.
We are looking for a Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for communication on multi-media platforms and websites. Our marketing currently is heavy on digital marketing capitalising on the reach of Facebook, Instagram and affiliate marketing.
Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
Give character and weight to the products in relation to branding.
Write product descriptions and edit those done by team.
Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with designers, and marketing professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects.
Understanding the business objectives to create constructive communication.
Edit and proofread copy as needed.
Source images and other content if required.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and its performance.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a copywriter.
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Strong research skills.
Collaborative spirit.
Dynamic.
Prior experience in e-commerce will be preferred.
