Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience s behaviors
Coordination with teams and reporting on social media insights
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Topic research and writing scripts for Facebook videos
Contact with companies and content creators to seek permission for content usage (images & video)
