Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Strategist + Scriptwriter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing engaging ad angles, writing compelling UGC-style scripts, and collaborating closely with editors and creators to produce high-converting ad content. Key Responsibilities
Research top-performing creatives and hooks in D2C categories using platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Write clear creative briefs and performance-focused video ad scripts across the full marketing funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF).
Create engaging ad copy for Meta Ads — including headlines, CTAs, and captions.
Collaborate with editors and UGC creators to translate concepts into effective content.
Monitor ad performance and provide weekly creative optimization recommendations.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, copywriting, or content creation.
Solid understanding of TOF/MOF/BOF funnel stages and corresponding content strategy.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills aimed at results and conversion.
Awareness of D2C trends and tones, especially in fashion, beauty, and wellness verticals.
Bonus: Experience in creating content personally (camera-facing or scriptwriting).
Preferred Skills
Scriptwriting (UGC, product demos, hooks)
