Lead Copywriter - Shape the Narrative at Spotlight
The Copywriter Lead oversees and creates compelling content for eCommerce sites, aligning with brand voice and marketing goals. You will lead and mentor a copywriting team, delivering high-quality content that drives engagement and sales. This role also involves managing performance metrics, setting team goals, and communicating results to key stakeholders
What you will be doing
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of copywriters.
Ensure high-quality content that adheres to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns.
Analyze and optimize content performance.
About You
You must have prior experience with Blog content writing and possess strong SEO skills including keyword research, keyword tracking and reporting.
Proven leadership experience in copywriting.
Strong SEO skills and knowledge of content management systems.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling.
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
