Description
The ideal candidate is the one who takes complex material and take it in a clear and concise way which is easy to understand, makes it more relatable for readers. They usually work for marketing or advertising agencies, or internally within the marketing department of a company.
Responsibilities
• Writes compelling copy across all marketing channels, including website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, video scripts, digital and print ads, and packaging.
• Edits and proofreads all copy before it goes live.
• Develops and maintains the brand voice and tone.
• Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
• Uses data-driven marketing to guide all copy decisions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and meets tight deadlines.
• Presents creative briefs and finished projects to company executives.
• Works on multiple projects at once
• Collaborates with colleagues from other departments to help them hit their marketing goals.
• Knows how to use popular digital marketing tools, including content management software, search engine optimization software, and website analytics software.
Skills Required
• Exceptional writing and research skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Social media or Content Marketing experience a plus
• Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, Adobe Acrobat Pro etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications.
Note- Master's degree in English and experience in Advertising Industry preferred
