Job Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter and Strategist to develop and execute engaging
content strategies that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in an
agency environment, with a flair for creating impactful copy and a strategic mindset that drives creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Copywriting: Create compelling, clear, and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including digital,
print, social media, and more. Ensure consistency of tone, style, and brand messaging across all channels.
● Strategic Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop content strategies that
align with business goals and marketing objectives. Translate strategic insights into actionable creative
concepts. Able to work on client’s feedback effectively.
● Creative Conceptualization: Work closely with creative directors and designers to brainstorm and
develop innovative campaign concepts that capture the essence of the client’s brand and engage their target audience.
● Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes. Utilize this information to inform content strategies and creative approaches.
● Content Planning: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content and
alignment with campaign schedules and marketing plans.
● Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather insights, present ideas, and refine content
strategies based on feedback. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective
communication and project management.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns. Use data and
insights to optimize strategies and make informed recommendations for future initiatives.
● Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Copywriter and Strategist within an advertising or
creative agency setting.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
