About us:
Notion Press is India’s largest book publishing platform with over 60,000 books published and sold in 150+ countries. We are a 10-year-old platform and currently publish a new book every 30 minutes. Notion Press is a global platform for anyone who believes in the power of words and the impact it can have on the world we live in. Our vision is to democratize publishing and help writers to publish and sell their books directly to readers around the world. We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and write persuasive email marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and engaging our audience.
-Create persuasive WhatsApp marketing messages that resonate with our target audience.
-Execute and manage promotional offers via email, ensuring timely delivery and tracking performance.
-Coordinate with multiple teams to plan and create a monthly communication calendar to help meet our brand’s monthly and quarterly objectives
-Implement strategies to boost open rates and engagement for email drip campaigns.
-Maintain the hygiene and accuracy of our email mailing list.
-Ensure all internal teams are informed of any new launches, process changes and promotions we are running for customers.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating social media content and / or long-form content such as support articles, tutorials, and blogs.
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience in creating and sending high-conversion email marketing campaigns.
-Proven track record of writing engaging copy for various marketing channels.
-Proficiency in crafting persuasive WhatsApp messages.
-Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices.
-Strong writing skills with the ability to create content in long formats, including support articles, tutorials, and blogs.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
