Who we are looking for: The Copywriter will be responsible for assisting in coming up with the overall creative Idea of all online marketing initiatives and digital communications, as may be required. As part of effective, and team, the Consultant tasked with copywriting that is fresh, creative, imaginative, campaigns on-brand. The Consultant may also be called upon to write for multi-channel marketing that include web, social media and print collateral materials. • Ensure all work to be vetted by immediate superior • Overseeing copywriting work created by copywriters within the team, including freelancers, to ensure quality and overall creative direction • Provide guidance, critiques and mentorship to fellow copywriters to ensure growth within the Team • Establish proper QC process of copywriting work created within the team, as well as across departments, in the form of proof reading, editing, and approvals • Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team, as well as cross-functional team members • Provide copywriting for all online marketing materials including websites, landing pages, banner ads, emails, social media branded content, headlines, and slogans when required express creativity through words while ensuring that the tone of voice is on-brand • Writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy • Be a part of the working team from concept to completion (web sites, banners, social media branded content, and other online media) • Work effectively with various internal departments and external partners • Work independently and as part of a diverse team • Balance multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines • QC all work going out from the company and such other duties as the reasonably specify from time to time.
