About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and brand-savvy Copywriter/Creative Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pulse of culture, brand storytelling, and digital-first thinking. You will work closely with senior strategists and the creative team to develop insights-driven, audience-relevant, and campaign-worthy ideas for some of the country’s most exciting brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior strategists, copy, and design teams to conceptualize and execute integrated campaign strategies.
• Present strategic thinking clearly and persuasively, both internally and to clients.
Must-Have Requirements
• Experience working on mid to large brands—you should be familiar with handling brands with a strong market presence.
• PR Mentions in your portfolio—we’re looking for candidates whose ideas have not only gone live but have earned recognition in the press or relevant industry platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Exposure to TVC conceptualization—whether scripting, ideation, or strategy support.
• A deep understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and how they influence content and consumer behavior.
• A curious mindset with a love for culture, design, content, and advertising trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
