Position: Core Sales Executive (B2B & B2C)

ZITRIX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a performance-focused Core Sales Executive to drive business growth for WorKnoW – our Training & Consultation unit. This role requires a self-driven sales professional capable of managing the complete sales lifecycle, generating qualified leads independently, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes from the first month.

About the Role

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding WorKnoW’s footprint across corporate and individual markets. The role demands discipline, ownership, and consistent sales performance across multiple geographies.

This is not an inbound or support role—it is a frontline, outbound, target-driven sales position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, references, and outbound research.
• Build and maintain a predictable sales funnel across domestic and international markets.
• Identify and approach decision-makers across corporate, startup, and professional segments.

2. Outbound Sales & Client Engagement
• Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities.
• Present training and consulting solutions with clarity and confidence.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and maintain consultative engagement.

3. Full Sales Lifecycle Management
• Manage the sales cycle independently: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → handover.
• Maintain timely documentation, CRM hygiene, and disciplined follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

4. Relationship Management
• Develop long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure repeat engagements and drive referral business.
• Represent WorKnoW as a trusted advisor for corporate learning and transformation programs.

Deliverables & Performance Expectations

The role requires consistent performance and accountability. The following expectations will be measured from Day 1:

Monthly Expectations
• Minimum number of qualified leads generated.
• Weekly outbound activity targets (calls, emails, messages).
• Sales closures and revenue contribution.
• CRM update accuracy and timely reporting.

Quarterly Expectations
• Pipeline growth across B2B and B2C segments.
• Repeat business and client referral generation.
• Contribution to market expansion beyond local geography.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets.

Required Experience & Qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development with proven outbound sales success.
• Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in IT/Training/Consulting sales preferred.
• Graduate degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Work Environment & Standards

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM working hours
• Six-day work week
• No mobile phones on operational floor
