Business Development, Support and Engagement Enable NAV , CIB , Nos & Inc Val targets are met for the region as well for each branch by supporting them by way of enablers , guidance , reviews and tracking of budgets. Review entire branch managed corporate portfolio for potential and engage Branch Managers to work on the same to build values. Review jointly with the KCM CSRM supervisor , performance of all KCM - CSRMs and provide support to meet scorecards / budgets. Create a joint framework with the KCM / CSRM and branch to meet targets for the region and track + monitor the same. Manage the Area Acquisition channel and drive budgets for the FY with them. Support the channel to meet productivity norms as per budgets. Engage and facilitate business movement across retail and wholesale groups to build Salary business. Engage with branches , KCM -CSRMs and wholesale teams to review all identified corporates in the portfolio. Budgets - Target vs Achievement Help branches and channels achieve budget numbers. Highlight to management and guide under performing branches to meet plan specifically through focused efforts and branch level plans. Conduct Cluster wise joint reviews with supervisors on performance of Salary portfolio. Share best practices of performing branches with under-performing ones. Monitor resource wise performance / productivity to ensure channel / branch meets plans. Market Feedback and Refinement of Central Programs Work with all regions to get market level feedback of what is working and not working Leverage the same to improve central programs , processes and products to enable higher growth in Salary book. Take feedback at an initiative / resource level. Enable resources / branches to address customer feedback through a series of FAQs / objection handling Ensure end to end closure of all feedback by way of monitoring TAT Work closely with marketing to use new age mediums to capture customer feedback Work with key influencers in the corporate to get corporate level feedback and design ways to better service levels. Driving Key Official Programs with Channels Track and monitor branch / KCM -CSRM / AM channel wise identification of key officials in respective portfolios. Highlight the performance of key officials banking with us on a monthly basis so as to improve engagement and penetration levels. Tracking & monitoring key officials program jointly with channels and support / enable progress in this program. Meet key officials on a monthly basis to sample and get feedback on banks services and improve service & business levels.
