Position: Corporate Advisory – Senior Analyst / Associate

Role Description We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst / Associate with 2+ years of relevant industry experience to join our Corporate Advisory team in London. Our Corporate Advisory team is dedicated to providing unparalleled capital markets advisory services to our public and private real estate clients. The group uniquely combines strong relationships, capital markets expertise, and real estate knowledge to provide corporate clients with outstanding advice.
The Corporate Advisory team’s primary areas of focus include:
Public and private M&A Entity-level sale and recapitalisations Equity and debt capital raising Portfolio & asset-level joint ventures GP stake sales and LP secondary sales Essential Functions Working closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis Developing complex financial analyses, including entity and portfolio level valuations, merger, and other relevant financial analyses Performing comprehensive in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis Reviewing public company financial statements and preparing company comparable analysis Preparing client materials, marketing materials and internal deliverables Managing the deal process from pitch to transaction closing Conducting client meetings, management meetings, due diligence visits, site tours, and other client interactions Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of investment banking, commercial real estate, or other relevant financial services experience Desired Qualifications and Experience Advanced excel-based financial modelling skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of real estate transactions with advanced underwriting techniques and deep understanding of equity and debt capitalisation structures
Ability to conceptualise real estate investment opportunities within the framework of relevant microeconomic and macroeconomic factors Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team setting Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high quality work under tight time frames Demonstrated ability to work across multiple significant projects simultaneously
