The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. In addition, the Legal and Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for liaisoning with govermment departments of Jaipur, managing stakeholder relationships, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

• Corporate Advocate / Legal Advisor
job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Corporate Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate matters, handling business contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company in legal proceedings. You will play a critical role in protecting the company's legal interests and ensuring operational integrity. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MOUs.
• Advise senior management on corporate governance, legal risks, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle company registrations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Represent the company in courts, tribunals, or with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Liaise with external legal counsel on complex litigation or transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, SEBI (if in India), company law, and labor laws.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, and maintain legal documentation.
• Handle intellectual property matters, such as trademarks and copyrights (if applicable).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
• Must be a registered Advocate with a valid license to practice.
• [2–8+] years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong understanding of company law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with M&A, contract negotiation, or litigation is preferred.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and legal research abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously
• Sound judgment and decision-making under pressure
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working with startups, corporates, or multinational companies
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., finance, healthcare, IT)
• Knowledge of international business law (optional)
