Role Overview
The Corporate Alliance Manager will lead and scale strategic partnerships with corporates to drive B2B revenue growth across healthcare, wellness, and preventive care offerings.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic corporate alliances
• Build long-term partnerships with large and mid-sized corporates
• Drive revenue through corporate health programs, wellness solutions, and healthcare packages
• Own commercial structuring, negotiations, and contract closures
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Medical teams for seamless execution
• Track alliance performance, revenue, and engagement KPIs
Candidate Profile
• 10–12 years of experience in healthcare alliances, corporate sales, or partnerships
• Strong network in corporates; insurance & healthcare exposure preferred
• Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-stage organizations
