Corporate Paralegal – Elite US law firm – London
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their corporate practice in the London office. This role will be offered on a permanent basis.
The Firm
Our client is a leading US international law firm that has strong foothold in the UK and European markets for their work in corporate mergers & acquisitions, cross border transactions, private equity funds, financings and capital markets transactions.
The Team
The corporate team represent a full range of private investment firms in all major investment strategies covering fund formation and arrangements for sponsors, downstream transactions, fund restructurings, buy side work, and advising investors on private investment funds in secondary transactions.
The Role
You will be working with one of the firms’ largest clients, closely with the funds, funds tax, M&A and finance teams. You will also provide general support to the firms AML team.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal who has worked In a bust transactional team covering either corporate M&A, Funds or Finance. It would also be advantageous if you have experience dealing with AML.
