Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed Chain Restaurant.Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate F&B operations across restaurant chains and hotel properties to ensure seamless service. Assist in developing and implementing operational standards and procedures for all restaurant units. Monitor restaurant performance and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, health, and safety standards. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain activities for food and beverages. Review daily/weekly reports on restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and staff productivity. Menu Development & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to design, update, and maintain food and beverage menus in line with market trends. Ensure menu items meet the company’s quality and consistency standards. Develop strategies to improve the guest dining experience, drive customer satisfaction, and uphold the brand image. Monitor food and beverage cost control measures to maximize profitability. Staff Development & Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the F&B teams at various outlets, focusing on maintaining a high level of service and operational efficiency. Implement ongoing training programs for restaurant staff, including kitchen, service, and management teams. Work with HR and L&D to ensure training programs align with company standards and F&B industry best practices. Financial Oversight: Assist in preparing the F&B department’s annual budgets and financial forecasts for each outlet. Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and margins, providing regular reports to senior management. Implement strategies to enhance profitability across the F&B operations. Work closely with the finance department to manage expenses and ensure adherence to financial controls. Vendor & Supplier and vendors to negotiate favorable terms for food and beverage supplies. Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of goods delivered. Oversee procurement processes to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations. Brand Compliance & Marketing: Ensure that all F&B outlets align with the corporate brand standards and identity. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B initiatives, new launches, seasonal offers, and special events. Monitor guest feedback on various channels (including online platforms) and implement improvement plans accordingly.
