They are looking for a candidate with experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance.
Candidates will be joining an established corporate practice in our clients Seattle office. Our client brings together 1,000 attorneys coast to coast. They are invested in ensuring their associates receive enriching experiences and collaborative opportunities that will propel them forward in their career development.

Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington.
