They are looking for a candidate with experience in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance.
Candidates will be joining an established corporate practice in our clients Seattle office. Our client brings together 1,000 attorneys coast to coast.
