Responsibilities:
Lead staff to accomplish division and corporate goals through loan growth, fees, deposits, cash management services, and sound credit risk management practices. Expand and Monitor customer relationships through referrals & quality service of the department Business calls to customers and prospects individually & with staff Staff Development via coaching/training Community Involvement Qualifications Extensive knowledge of middle market and corporate banking lending Extensive experience in the Atlanta, Ga market Extensive knowledge of capital market solutions and loan syndications Supervisory experience/management experience Knowledge of financial service industry Leadership skills Oral and written skills Middle market and corporate banking underwriting skills Customer service skills Interpersonal skills Proven history of effectively managing individual loan portfolio Four-year college education Graduate level education preferred Prefer at least 10 years experience in middle market and corporate banking
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
