Job Description
Key responsibilities include day-to-day client and business unit management including onboarding, coordinating and supporting offshore risk and product partners through the transaction origination and execution process, capital management, acting as a point of escalation for issue remediation, and back-up relationship management across the portfolio of clients.
The role will suit a highly motivated and disciplined individual who has an eye for detail, proactive and deadline focused who can manage varied concurrent workstreams with a passion for client service.
The successful applicant may be someone with 3-4 years of related experience looking to move into an International Bank with a view to building a career in client relationship management, or an experienced individual with 7-10+ years relevant experience who seeks international banking experience and desires to be the subject matter expert in their field.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the relationship managers, credit analysts and product partners on all aspects of transaction execution across large local Corporates, Financial Institutions and Public Sector entities.
• Responsible for operational effectiveness of the client relationship across multiple products and geographies
• Act as a key contact for routine enquiries, problem escalation and resolution
• Build trusted relationships with clients and product partners
• Support the Head of Corporate Banking and Relationship Managers with the implementation of regional and global initiatives

Key Qualifications
• Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services preferred
• High energy, strong work ethic and ability to work independently, roll-up-the-sleeves approach
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Team player who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal and cultural skills to work with a variety of countries and products across the region
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in English
