Roles and Responsibilities
The primary objective of the role is to manage post sanction life cycle of corporate loan in Core Banking System. The role requires active coordination and execution of the core tasks setup of limits, disbursement, loan management, computation of drawing power, income booking, reconciliation of internal accounts.
Operational Responsibility:
Ensure all post sanction & disbursement instructions issued by Mid-office through Disbursement Notice are processed as per extant internal guidelines and Bank's credit policy.
Creation & setup of Fund Based & Non Fund Based facilities in CBS.
Booking of loan/ disbursement in CBS along with setup of repayment schedule.
Implementing restructuring of loans in line with sanction in CBS.
Roll-over of loans, prepayment, part-payment and recovery of due/overdues.
Capturing critical information related to borrower and facility so to ensure smooth and correct regulatory & internal reporting.
Computation of drawing power basis stock statement and cashflow statements.
Limit maintenance & monitoring in CBS basis drawing power.
Systems & Control Process:
Ensure ZERO DEFECT in capturing details in CBS basis details mentioned in systems.
Ensure that there are Nil write –offs / P & L hits on account of operating errors. Any potential loss events observed should be reported & mitigated.
Monitoring of self productivity.
Monitoring of internal accounts & suspense accounts of the unit.
Governance & Compliance Responsibility: Read, imbibe all internal process, Credit Policy, Operational Risk policy & RBI regulations impacting post sanction activities.
Periodical certification on BAU activity to progress towards SME
All transactions are carried out in line with internal process with Nil deviations. Any deviations (if any) is carried out with adequate approvals
Timely & accurate regulatory & internal management reporting.
