Leading regional law firm has a vacancy for a corporate commercial solicitor to join their busy team.

Based in Stevenage, you will work in a specialist team dealing with a complex caseload, covering all aspects of corporate transactions including:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Reorganisations
• Corporate structures
• Joint ventures
• Corporate governance
• Drafting shareholder agreements

You will also be involved in marketing and business development and must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in this.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside recognised Solicitors, whilst working with a supportive firm which values their staff.
