Relevant Experience - 5+ years of relevant Experience
Functional Competencies:
• Good communication skills. Well versed with English and local Language. Primary knowledge of Computer.
• Specifically in Microsoft excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities:
Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:
• Developing strategic and comprehensive media relations program that will enhance a positive and balanced perception of the company among its external & internal stakeholders.
• Providing Strategy that complements and supports wider corporate communication strategy.
• Providing support, expertise, and resources to internal stakeholders to implement communications activities.
• Handle media strategy related to crisis communications. Writing and disseminating media releases, articles, editorials, etc. And developing / managing media engagement strategy.
• Managing day-to-day media relation activities that include media events, media calls, interviews, media crisis communications etc.
• Developing and maintaining content for websites, social media, and corporate communications material, on an ongoing basis.
• Cultivating and enhancing collaborative working relationships within the press and publicity community i.e., social media.
• Developing relationships with strategic media contacts at national and regional levels.
• Organizing media coverage for publicity of company’s events and activities.
• Handling media queries in accordance with company policy.
• Monitoring and providing timely report on media coverage of the company activities and the industry in general, coordinate with government on media activities.
• Liaise with business heads in the regions within the Bank to ensure that communications are distributed /delivered to target stakeholders.
• Ensure that brand and visual identity are incorporated into communication deliverables.
• Develop content for use in leadership communication and establish mechanism to capture the views/ feedback of stake holders and submission of key perceptions to senior management.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
• Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of company's information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form)
• seeking compliances of circulars/guidelines issued by RBI and making changes in policies accordance to the newly issued circulars and guidelines.
• Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like Identity Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company provided Mobile and printer.
• Driving commercial savings on existing portfolios, ensuring compliance
• Adherence to RBL policies and guidelines and Liaison with RBL Financial Audit
