Job Description
We are looking for Corporate division manager who will manage 3 corporate divisions.(Finance, commercial & Legal, HR GA)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for costing, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. You will collaborate with 3 divisions as well as the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending. (scheduling, performing account reconciliation all departments, preparing documents, etc.), budget progress review, and reporting to CFO
• Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
• Annual cash flow projections, management of long-term outstanding receivables and payables.
• Monthly cash flow meeting support (reporting to management in Japan, working capital, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable).
• Implementation of a variable profit and loss statement.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
• Costing, taxation
• Manage Legal, HR&GA, IT, Commercial team
Qualifications
• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field; CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• Experience with accounting software, like SAP
• Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst, Accountant or similar role
• Costing is mandatory
• Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
