Job Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Event Manager at the Junior level to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Corporate Event Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating high-quality events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to completion.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in corporate event management.
Strong vendor management skills for sourcing and coordinating with various vendors (Mandatory skill).
Ability to execute onsite requirements efficiently to ensure a smooth event experience (Mandatory skill).
Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in event planning and organization to ensure all aspects are covered timely and effectively.
Skilled in contract negotiation to secure favorable terms that align with budget and event requirements.
Strong stakeholder communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
Excellent presentation skills to communicate event plans and post-event evaluations clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet common goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, design, and produce corporate events within budget and time constraints.
Scout and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best value for services rendered.
Manage the logistics and coordination required for each event, ensuring precise on-site execution.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and delivering on them.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure collective goals are achieved smoothly.
Handle the post-event process, including debriefs and feedback collection.
Mitigate risks associated with event planning and implementation.
Prepare event reports and maintain event documentation for reference and future improvements.
