Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Client Servicing

Experience: 6-9 Years

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

 Understand client objectives, preferences, and expectations to tailor event solutions accordingly.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the event planning and execution process.

 Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events.

 Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure events are executed on time and within budget.

 Handle event logistics in tandem with the operations team.

 Looking for a team player that is detail-oriented and highly organized has Creative problem-solving abilities and Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

 Must have hands on experience handling on grounds and hybrid events.
