Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
Understand client objectives, preferences, and expectations to tailor event solutions accordingly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the event planning and execution process.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events.
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure events are executed on time and within budget.
Handle event logistics in tandem with the operations team.
Looking for a team player that is detail-oriented and highly organized has Creative problem-solving abilities and Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
Must have hands on experience handling on grounds and hybrid events.
