Job Title: Event Operations Manager ( Male )
Location: Noida Sector 4
Experience - 6+ Years
Prefer -
• Must have Corporate event management Experience.
• Must have experience in Event company.
• Must Have Excellent Communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operational aspects of events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor, supplier, and venue contracts.
• Lead event staff and volunteers, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and permits.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align event goals with company objectives.
• Address unforeseen challenges and implement improvements based on post-event feedback.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in event operations or coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability.
