The primary responsibilities of this role include designing and executing employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals, planning and organizing corporate events for a large number of employees, owning end-to-end event execution, driving internal communications campaigns, developing and managing rewards and recognition programs, ensuring smooth coordination with cross-functional teams and external vendors, maintaining accurate documentation and performance metrics for engagement activities, and supporting a 24x7 operational setup.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong operational skills in event planning, budgeting, vendor negotiation, and execution, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
