Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Event Planner located in Pune. The Corporate Event Planner will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events, managing event budgets, coordinating with vendors, handling logistics, and ensuring all events meet high standards of quality and attendee satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, developing event plans, liaising with internal teams, and managing event timelines to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Experience in corporate events or related fields is a plus
