Event Planning Position
We're looking for a detail-oriented Event Planner to manage the execution of high-impact events across both online and offline platforms. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and seamless collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including partner meets, offsites, webinars, and corporate gatherings.
• Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with various teams to align event objectives and ensure smooth execution.
• Budget management: Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, logistics, and venue/hotel bookings.
• Process Management: Maintain clear timelines, ensure execution quality, and drive consistent communication throughout event planning and delivery.

• 3–5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or operations.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
