We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Events Manager to design, plan, and execute large-scale events for 100 to 10,000 attendees. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional events that exceed client expectations. As an Event Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of event execution—from initial concept to final delivery—while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end event planning, design, and production, managing all elements within deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and objectives.
• Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute flawless events that leave a lasting impact.
• Deliver VIP-level experiences with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relations to ensure the best services and pricing.
• Propose innovative ideas to elevate event quality and guest experience.
• Oversee all logistics, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, transportation, special guests, and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Specify staffing needs, manage teams, and ensure smooth event-day operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues swiftly and professionally.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback to improve future events.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate interest through strategic outreach.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Events Planner, managing large-scale corporate events.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous successful events.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Sales-oriented with a strong business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• References from previous clients will be requested.
This is full-time Monday to Friday +am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
