Delifrance India is hiring for Corporate Executive Chef.
Job Location: New Delhi, India
Requirements:
• More than 15 years experience with Bakery and Pastry department
• Excellent knowledge in preparing exotic cakes, French patisseries, Viennoiseries, savouries and specialty artisan breads.
• Good knowledge in Continental Cuisine.
• Specialist in Bakery and Patisserie.
• Have excellent knowledge of food products, kitchen equipment and baking techniques.
• Knows and has experience with frozen concept.
• Very familiar with baking techniques.
• Experience with kitchen operations and staff and managerial supervision.
• Great in planning and execution.
• Worked with an International F&B chain/hotel and worked overseas.
• Has set-up bakery operations for a Brand.
