Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef located in Bengaluru. The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee food preparation and cooking, ensure food service quality and safety, and manage culinary operations. The role includes developing and planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards in food and beverage presentation. The Corporate Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and meeting financial goals for the culinary department.
Qualifications
• Experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Management
• Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Proven leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and culinary operations
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in food services
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is advantageous
