Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Role
Educational Qualifications: MBA and/or CA
Work Experience: 4-7 years
Skills Required -
• Prior experience of working in investment banking will be preferred
• Sound concepts in corporate finance along with prior experience in preparing financial models
(DCF, LBO, Accretion / Dilution, etc.), information memorandums, trading and transaction
comps and conducting financial statement analysis
• Presentation and communication skills would also be tested
• Familiarity with standard research databases like Bloomberg, S&P, CapitalIQ, VCCEdge, etc. as
well as expertise in standard MS tools such as Excel, PPT, Word
• Good quantitative aptitude and research (comfortable with numbers / large data sets)
• Understanding of a complete corporate finance deal cycle and exposure to transaction
documentation will be an added advantage

• Ability to work in a team and multi-task when required
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Day to day work profile would entail:
• Exceptional exposure to the entire M&A or PE deal cycle from industry landscaping and pitching
(Deal Origination) to preparing financial models, business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction
documentation (Deal Execution)
• Candidate will be a key member of the investment banking team and would be involved in
private equity, venture capital, debt fund raising and mergers & acquisition transactions
• Developing and auditing financial models of international standard
• Business Valuations and Investment Analysis
• Research and analysis: Prepare pitches, investment memorandums, research reports
• Participate in the entire deal-making process from pitching, to preparing the financial models,
business plans, IM, term sheet and transaction documentation
