About the Role
As a Corporate Finance Manager at PKF Perth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Corporate Finance division. Based in our Perth office, this permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in corporate finance and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.
Act as advisor in corporate finance subjects, such as M&A (mergers, sale and purchases of business), capital raising, and provide services such as business and asset valuations, and assist in developing forward-looking business strategy and budgets reports.
Manage the preparation of business plans and financial models;
Conduct in depth financial analysis;
Manage the preparation of Marketing Documents specific to M&A and other Corporate Finance services, such as Flyer, Information Memorandum, etc.;
Manage and prepare valuation assignments;
Manage and prepare and process of due diligence and Virtual Data Rooms;
Assist in management of junior team members and workflows;
Reviews junior staff work and provides coaching and mentoring to junior team members

About you
Relevant Tertiary qualification, such as Bachelor in Commerce
Relevant Masters qualification, such as Finance, Commerce or Business;
5+ years of demonstrated Corporate Finance services experience within a top-tier / mid-tier accounting firm, investment bank or boutique advisory firm;
Experience in M&A sell-side and buy-side deals in an advisory role;
An excellent working knowledge of Excel and extensive experience in developing and reviewing financial models;
Proficiency in using tools such as Mergermaket, Bloomberg and/or Capital IQ, and Microsoft Office suite;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members;
Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
