What you'll do
As our Platform Lead, you’ll be responsible for enhancing and simplifying the architecture and technology for our FX, Agile Markets and Sales Insights platforms, and remedying any technical issues that occur.
Your top priorities will include:
Tailoring the digital strategy for your platform by aligning it to the needs of your customer segment
Utilising existing capabilities to deliver the digital strategy for Commercial & Institutional
Migrating customer channels and propositions to our digital ecosystem
Optimising business solutions and customer-facing channel technology
Managing senior stakeholder relationships
