We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Administrator to join our team at Supertemps Ltd.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective governance of our organisation, providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and the board.
Responsibilities:
Providing authoritative advice on governance matters to senior leaders and the board
Developing, implementing, and reviewing governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to meet regulatory requirements
Coordinating and supporting high-level meetings and workshops
Assisting the Company Secretary in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely preparation of meeting materials
Requirements:
Advanced administration experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
Proven skills in offering guidance and support
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft packages and communication software
Benefits:
An annual salary starting around £33,600 per annum, reflecting the competitive market rate in Abergele
A full-time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
