Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - ERIR for a large conglomerate, based in Mumbai.
Post Grad in Personnel / HR with 12-15 years of work experience in the Factory HR in a FMCG, of which last 2 years spearheading the IRER, based in the corporate HO.
Since this role is a part of the Leadership Team, hence someone Heading the IR HR of Multiple Factories / Plants in a FMCG, is mandatory.
The Job -
• Development and ensuring healthy Union-Management relationships in the factories.
• LTS with alignment to regional cum industry practices.
• Legal compliance to maintain good employee relations across the regions.
• Managing Industrial disputes by leading the Factory HR Managers.
• Ensure proactive public relations at regional level to isolate manufacturing sites from IR disruptions.
• Providing a framework for improvement of organisation culture develop conceptual framework, and implement OD strategies.
• Action planning and driving major change initiatives like World Class Manufacturing, Future of Work etc.
• To be spearheading the initiatives and projects aiming for sites integration and collaborative work along the extended supply chain.
