Key Responsibilities:

• HR Business Partnering (HRBP): Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to align HR strategies with business goals.

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.

• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.

• Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.

• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

• HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and update HR policies as needed.

• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.

• Proven experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
