Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate IT Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to support our organization’s technology goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process aligned with our company culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture.
• Create and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri)
• Actively source and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, including phone screens and technical assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on interviewing techniques, selection criteria, and candidate feedback.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Qualifications:
• Candidate should have a bachelors degree in IT/Computer's stream Preferred.
• 3 – 6+ years of experience in IT recruiting, ideally in a corporate or in-house environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, data, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work hours : 11:00 AM – 8 PM IST.
Resource who can join immediately will be highly preferred.
