Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Wellversed Health Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, and labor laws. They should also possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-experts.
We estimate that this role will come with a salary in the range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location of this role is Gurgaon, but we welcome applicants from across the country who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
