Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Law Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the company's legal operations by researching and analysing various legal matters, drafting necessary documents, and assisting with compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on a variety of topics, including contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, and data privacy.
• Document Drafting: Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, policies, and memos.
• Compliance Management: Support the company's compliance efforts by researching and analysing relevant laws and regulations.
• Legal Analysis: Analyse legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal issues.
• Project Assistance: Contribute to various legal projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a law degree or equivalent.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal research databases and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a legal internship or related field.
• Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property law, and/or data privacy law.

• Working hours: 12.30 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
