About the Role
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with several Partners (considered among the best in Australia) across general corporate and M&A work with a focus on mining, energy, and resources clients. You will provide corporate advisory services on large projects from joint venture and mergers and acquisitions in the resources sector through to capital raising, advising on major procurement as well as corporate advice relating to mining/resources operations.
Skills/Experience
Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience in a corporate practice, ideally at 4-8 years PAE.
Strong technical legal drafting and major contracts experience in corporate law, preferably with expertise in the energy and resources sector.
Strong academics from your LLB, minimum 5.5 GPA.
