Role Description

The Corporate Lawyer Intern will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting in compliance management, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Additionally, the intern will be involved in learning about business entity formations, government licenses, tax structures, and fundraising processes.
