Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer Intern at Corpseed in Noida. The Corporate Lawyer Intern will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting in compliance management, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Additionally, the intern will be involved in learning about business entity formations, government licenses, tax structures, and fundraising processes.
Qualifications
• Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Legal Document Review skills
• Knowledge of Compliance Management and Regulatory Adherence
• Understanding of Business Entity Formations and Government Licenses
• Familiarity with Tax Structures and Fundraising Processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field
