Qualification: LLB (Full time from reputed Law College)
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to provide litigation support to our team at TTK Prestige Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong contract management and compliance skills, with experience in managing legal templates and agreements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting continuous legal research, preparing legal notices, replying to notices, and monitoring cases to attend court hearings. Additionally, they will assist in conducting raids on spurious products PAN India and liaise with government offices and other competent authorities as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct continuous legal research
• Prepare legal notices and reply to notices
• Monitor cases and attend court hearings as required
• Assist in conducting raids on spurious products PAN India
• Liaise with government offices and other competent authorities as necessary
Requirements and Skills:
• A travel requirement may arise as per need
• Working knowledge of contract management tools is preferred
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) are essential
• We are looking for stable candidates only
• Candidates from Bengaluru will be preferred
• Special requirements include contract management, MIS, and litigation handling skills
